Business & Science Poland (BSP) is a union of employers registered in Poland. The mission of BSP is to support the Polish business and scientific community in effective shaping of the European agenda.
Their mission is: "to provide our members and partners with professional tools to influence the EU legislative environment and build effective coalitions, which would support the interests of the Polish industry and science."
As the result of winning the tender, our team was asked to support the opening of the organisation's Brussels office and to lead a public relations campaign promoting the BSP brand and the BSP team in Brussels.

The services delivered to the client included coordination of all works related to the organisation of the event, such as: providing the stage, lighting and sound system, providing catering, security, decoration and artistic part. The official part included speeches by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Vice-President of the European Commission Maroš Šefčovič.
Our team was also responsible for the marketing support of the event in the following areas PR, photography, filming and promotion of the event on the Internet.
