How can we attract the attention of the startup world, industry experts and global media? How can we use our own research to help illustrate what it takes for a startup to thrive in such an ecosystem? After years of cooperation, Molecule Group and The Heart have reached a new milestone. We did not want to develop something only for our region, but for the world. To do so, we needed to reach an international audience.
The challenge
Startups, scaleups, unicorns, digital, technology. Everybody is talking about it, but talking is easy. Turning that talk into a reality is the challenge. One day we met with business leaders and began asking this question: “How can we transform words that have become a cliche into impactful actions and then share what we have learned along the way?” Those leaders were from the Heart Tech.
The Heart Tech is an international hub, where leading multinationals connect with ready-to-scale startups for joint business development. We started working with their team from very beginning of the company’s development. The challenge was to establish The Heart, in digital channels, as a leading expert of the corporate-startups ecosystem.
The most important achievement was to stand up The Heart as a leading expert in the field of corporate-startups interaction, and to position The Heart overall as a leader of a new trend.
Get to know client's needs
We discovered that The Heart is a natural bridge for the corporate-startups, partnerships, when large corporations are searching for innovation. We developed a strategy and implemented a newly established digital channel to properly execute online reputation management.
It’s always crucial for us to clearly understand our client. We started by diagnosing and understanding The Heart Tech’s needs and, following our conversations, we decided to move part of our production team into the client’s office. We wanted to make ourselves more available to them and learn more about the spirit behind the pioneer venture. This approach enabled us to be present during all the critical milestones at The Heart and be ready to share those milestones with the world.
Get the audience
After learning about our client’s values, confirming their goals and determining the success criteria, we reached the right audience with the right content. We brought The Heart to all relevant social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube. Understanding how crucial it is to share the right content, in order to establish The Heart as the acclaimed expert, we recorded dozens of video interviews with The Heart experts and guest keynote speakers, as well as another dozen videos showcasing the vibrant life of The Heart’s community. Our efforts, combined with the extended social media strategy, resulted with The Heart reaching over 4000 fans on Facebook, and significant growth on all the other platforms in just two years. We have successfully built a broad community around The Heart.
Get the media attention
We take care of The Heart Tech image holistically, as we believe in coherent communication. That’s why we also supported The Heart in communication during many events such as Corporate Roundtables, Startups’ Demo Days and special days including hosting the inauguration of the “Warsaw–London Bridge".
Our passion for creating, delivering and measuring impact in digital spaces made us the right partner for Heart Tech’s content marketing campaign. Providing various marketing solutions, such as making a stunning website and a dynamic online marketing strategy devised specifically for The Heart, we set the foundation for launching the project for boosting brand awareness and taking full advantage of an existing data base with potential customers.
Heading into the future
Seeing the rapid development of the voice marketing, we encouraged The Heart to join forces with Molecule Group in recording “The Heart Tech Podcast” — a show about innovation, technology and leadership. This was a great opportunity to wield voice marketing – an innovative technology in online marketing and communication, which helped us to present our company's story and made an impact on the folks who were most likely to be impressed. We interviewed the biggest business influencers including entrepreneurs: Mo Gawdat of Google X and Piotr Jakubowski from Go-Jek. The Heart Tech podcast was a weekly project powered by Molecule Group, in which we not only supported The Heart in the recording, but we also take an active role in planning and executing the podcast production.
The outcome
After years of cooperation, The Heart gained a trusted partner in Molecule Group. We established the online presence of The Heart and provided a variety of content forms and formats across all the key platforms. With our assistance, The Heart took a position among leading experts and built a vibrant community allowing them to always stay on top of the marketing trends. What we created together with The Heart is a unique content-based ecosystem that allows them to reach their audience on multiple channels at the same time, and gives their users relevant content in real time.
